At The Dress Her, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds — all approved returns will be processed as an exchange for another item or size of equal value.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is not marked as Sale, Final Sale, or discounted

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items with signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone
  2. Share your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Our team will review and respond within 7–10 business days
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your cost
  5. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection

Defective or Incorrect Items

 If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Order Cancellation & Advance Payment Policy

All orders placed at The Dress Her are made to order and go into production shortly after confirmation.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after 15 days of the original order placement date, the advance payment made at the time of booking will be non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests made within 15 days of the order placement date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the advance may be refunded or adjusted at the discretion of The Dress Her.

By placing an order and making an advance payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
