Shipping destinations

The Dress Her ships nationwide across Pakistan as well as internationally. All orders are dispatched from Karachi, Pakistan.

Delivery timeframes

Please note the following estimated delivery windows after your order has been dispatched:

  • Pakistan (nationwide): 20–25 business days
  • International orders: 30–35 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by their local authorities. The Dress Her is not liable for such charges.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the following:

  • Cancellations requested before dispatch will be reviewed and, if approved, processed promptly
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • The Dress Her reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request at its discretion
