Sassi, the princess of Bhambore, walked the desert for love. This ajrak is worn for the same kind of devotion.

Deep maroon and midnight black frame a cream lattice field, patterned in the diamonds, florets and rosettes that make ajrak what it is. A wide border of crimson medallions anchors the hem, and a scatter of gold sequins runs through the cloth, catching the light as it moves. Every edge is finished in a gold scalloped lace.

Rooted in the ajrak tradition of Sindh. Wear it over the shoulders, or let it fall long.
